Yes. If you have already found your own manufacturer, you can hire us solely for quality control and reporting during production and loading. We inspect the goods on your behalf, on site, and provide you with detailed reports so you can approve every step remotely.

Our service fee of 500 USD is paid to us once you decide to work with our team. The payment for the stone itself is made directly to the manufacturer, according to the payment schedule you both agree on. We do not participate in the financial transaction between you and the manufacturer – we only handle quality control, supervision and reporting to protect your interests.

As ABK Stone Expert, we manage your natural stone sourcing process from Turkey end-to-end. Our services mainly include:

• Strategic Producer Matching: We identify the most suitable, reliable and verified Turkish manufacturers for your project based on your technical needs, budget and quality expectations, and connect you directly with them.
• On-site Quality Control (QC): We personally inspect each slab or tile that comes off the production line to ensure it matches your specifications and international quality standards. Products that do not meet your criteria are rejected.
• Detailed Reporting and Approval: We document the entire process with photos and videos, prepare a comprehensive QC report and do not allow any shipment without your approval.

Our QC process starts as soon as production begins and continues until the goods are ready for shipment. It includes:

• Material Check: We verify that the vein structure, color tone and general appearance of the stone match the approved samples.
• Size and Cutting Check: We measure dimensions, thickness and cutting quality with precision tools to ensure they meet your specifications.
• Surface Finish Check: We inspect the uniformity and quality of finishes such as honing, polishing, antiquing, etc.
• Defect Detection: We identify cracks, breaks, excessive filling, color deviations and other unacceptable flaws and separate those pieces.

All these checks are documented with detailed photos and videos and sent to you for final approval before shipment.

Our main expertise is Turkish marble and travertine. However, thanks to Turkey’s rich natural stone resources, we can also support you with other stone types such as onyx, basalt and limestone. If your project requires a specific type of stone, simply share the details with us and we will let you know how we can help.

Our main goal is to find the most suitable and reliable manufacturer for your project. After we complete our research and matching process, your commercial agreements and payment schedule are usually made directly between you and the manufacturer.

Our role is to verify the manufacturer’s reliability, advise you throughout the process and, most importantly, guarantee the quality of the material on site through our QC service.

Our core expertise is sourcing and quality control. However, if you need support with international logistics and customs, we can connect you with our trusted logistics partners and help coordinate the process. This is usually offered as an additional, project-based service depending on your needs.

Our service cost is tailored to your project’s size, the type of stone, the total quantity and the duration/intensity of the quality control work required.
